Description
- The HS-3S-3SH Universal Manual Brake is a 50 inch, 12 gauge universal brake with segmented top and bottom bending surfaces. The HS-3S-3SH brake allows bending in inverse directions, enabling special profiles, such as boxes and pans, to be formed.
- HM Machinery Superflex machines are heavy duty, with fully welded construction. Foot-operated control of the clamp bar ensures extremely fast and simple operation and allows both hands to be kept free for adjustment of the material being folded.
- Precision ground tooling creates straight, clean bends every time.
- Equipped with 13 segments of tooling on both top and bottom bending surfaces.
- Precise material positioning is made possible with a foot-operated clamping mechanism, allowing the operator to use both hands to handle and position material
- Repeat angle stop enables easily repeatable bends.
- The lift handle is ergonomically designed and operable from either side of the machine, allowing flexibility while fabricating complex shapes and profiles.
