The LB-8 Letter Brake from Baileigh Industrial was designed to make fast work of channel letters. This letter brake will be a perfect addition to any sign shop. The open jaw design helps speed up production of channel letters compared to a standard Sheet metal box and pan brake. Time is saved when the material can just be flipped over for a reverse bend instead of having to slide the material all the way into the brake and back out again. The LB-8 Letter Brake is typically in stock for quick shipment.
The open jaw design allows for the lip of the letter to hang out the front of the brake while the bend is being made
The main column on the LB-8 is made from 2.25” x 2.25” boxed tube for the ultimate in rigidity
The bending side of the LB-8 is fully supported by sealed ball bearings to ensure smooth bending action
