AKYAPAK SFU30 FIT-Up Rotator
- Fitup rotators are used to weld together two large, circular metal pieces by aligning them concentrically for welding.
- Fitup rotators consist of two idle units. One of the units is fixed on the ground with steel rollers and the other travels on the rail with PU coated rollers.
- Rails need to be purchased separately based on your application.
- The working rail length and other components are designed specifically for your application.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
- Self-aligned diameter adjustments
- Remote controller with 5 meter cable length
- Two direction movement by hydraulic cylinders (left-right + updown)
- Steel wheels on traveling unit
- PU wheels on fix unit
- Idler bogie system with traveling unit
