Description

• The Stefa long folding machines stand out for their precision, versatility, cost effectiveness and state of the art versatility for easy operation. Using the unique bending beam technology, Stefa’s long folders produces a rotation against the material that is clamped by the beam. This allows for working with the most delicate of surfaces without damaging the product, as is typically the case with thinner (between 0.5 to 0.8mm) coated and lacquered material and depending on the number of arms the Stefa long folder can bend thick materials up to 3mm.
• The perfect metal folding machine for 3m to 12mm in length, lengths that a press brake simply can’t produce. Long lengths can be achieved without extra additional add-on equipment. In addition, with a small footprint this folding machine can fit in spaces a press brake can’t.

• Original Geometry (Standard):
  • This geometry permits a large range of formats on bending thanks to inclination of clamping beam, great for rectangular profiles.
  • The Clamping Beam has a machined groove that allows to do a closed angle (155º) when clamping.
  • The table have marked risks with distance of 10mm each, to help operator positioning the material in the right measure, useful when operating with large materials.
