• COMBI UPPER BEAM WITH 2 TOOLING STATIONS
• Thanks to 180° rotating 2 station clamping beam, according to your part and programming, the beam can switch to suitable station and make you easily do the deep/box bending or long/profile bendings at the same machine, just in seconds, without changing the tool set-up.
• With its 9.84 inch opening height capacity, you can do box/pan bendings up to 4.92 inch depth
• Thanks to the dual driven ballscrew spindle system, you can use maximum power for clamping, especially effective for hemming operations

  If the gauging side of the sheet is oval or can not be gauged well to the standard fingers/gauges, you do not need to adjust it again in each bending step

• FOOT PEDAL WITH 3 SWITCHES – 2 PCS FOR FRONT AND REAR USE
• 3 switch foot pedal with panic button function on two steps.
  (Sudden step on left pedal = clamping beam goes up immediately)

• VERTICAL FRONT LIGHT BARRIERS
• For operator safety, front light barriers are implemented at the left and right front side of the machine covers, managed by safety plc and prevent unwanted interventions to avoid accidents. For any kind of operation that includes a down bend, in order to avoid accidents, these barriers are activated, front pedal disactivated and rear pedal is activated automatically so the operator must go and work from the backside of the machine

• MANUAL CROWNING SYSTEM
• On long and thin sheets, in order to prevent the banana shape bends, you just need to adjust the crowning between %25 and %100 to give more support from the middle side of the folding beam max 2,5 mm
• MOTORIZED CNC FOLDING BEAM ADJUSTMENT ( A-B-D AXIS GROUPS)
• By automatic adjustment of A1-A2 and B1-B2 axis, your bending height according to the sheet thickness and bending direction, height of the bending beam/tool group is calculated by cnc or you can increase the radius of your bends by adjusting manually also.
• By automatic adjustment D1-D2 axis, the pivot point of your bend regarding the type of bend as up or down is adjusted by cnc
• SEGMENTED LOWER BEAM AND FOLDING BEAM TOOLS

  • Min sheet size 19.68 x 19.68 inch – Max sheet size 157.48 x 59 mm can be handled.
  • Blank sheet is placed by the system but it is zero referenced by operator by gauging the sheet to the squaring pins.
  • Sheets with holes/slots/spacing on the suction area are not suitable for this system, holding area must be plain and without empty space as much as possible.
  • Unloading table is just places the part on a determined point, does not do stacking
