The MPS-2 is a throatless shear from Baileigh Industrial is a great machine for anyone that has to cut shapes into sheet metal. The unique design of the blades allows the operator to cut just about any shape they need. The MPS-2 weighs 35 lbs and has a compact design, but is strong enough to cut 10 gauge mild steel.
The throatless design of the MPS-2 shear makes it easy to cut large panels as well. The way the MPS-2 works is as the operator cuts the material, the design of the cast base guides the material away from the blade allowing the operator to keep cutting without having to trim, saving a lot of production time.
